KPI Specialist
The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and managing KPI frameworks and reporting systems to measure organizational performance. This role involves close collaboration with departments to identify critical success factors, analyze performance data, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The KPI Specialist ensures that key metrics accurately reflect the organization’s operational and strategic objectives, driving data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HODs and management to define and refine KPIs that align with organizational goals.
- Develop and standardize KPI tracking systems, ensuring consistent measurement and reporting practices.
- Review and update KPIs as needed to reflect changes in business strategy, operational focus, or market conditions.
- Create and manage dashboards and regular reports to track performance against KPIs.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance quality and report accessibility.
- Monitor KPI results to identify areas for improvement or areas where the organization is excelling.
- Lead initiatives to improve KPI measurement accuracy, streamline processes, and reduce reporting lag times.
- Act as a liaison between employees, senior leadership, and management to ensure KPI relevance and alignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or IT etc.
- 5 years of experience in HR compliance, auditing, or a related role.
- Proven experience in KPI development, or performance analysis
- Proficiency in reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
