Mid Lead Generation Executive

The ideal candidate will specialize in identifying and engaging potential clients on Upwork and similar freelance platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and expertise in navigating online platforms to generate quality leads that convert into business opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Lead Identification & Prospecting:

  • Research and identify potential clients/projects on Upwork and other relevant platforms.
  • Analyze client profiles, job postings, and requirements to determine suitability for the company’s services

Proposal Writing:

  • Craft personalized and compelling proposals tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Highlight the company’s value proposition to increase the chances of securing projects

Client Communication:

    • Initiate and maintain conversations with prospective clients through platform messaging systems.
    • Answer queries, schedule follow-ups, and negotiate terms as required.

Strategy Development:

    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead- generation strategies.
    • Stay updated on platform policies, best practices, and industry trends to optimize performance.

Performance Tracking:

    • Maintain records of all interactions and outcomes in a CRM or similar tool.
    • Prepare regular reports on lead generation metrics and success rates.

Market Research:

    • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and gaps.
    • Provide insights to enhance service offerings and target new market segments.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:

    • 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, specifically on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or similar platforms.

Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with Upwork and other freelance platforms.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Workspace, and data management
      software.

Communication Skills:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships.

Strategic Thinking:

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to craft effective proposals and identify high-potential
      opportunities.

Time Management:

    • Capable of managing multiple leads and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in IT, business development, or upwork
    • Knowledge of web development, or app development projects.
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, I.T, or related field.
