Mid-Level Project Manager
The Mid-Level Project Manager plays a key role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and align with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience, excels in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Lead project teams across departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Assign tasks, set deadlines, and manage workloads to optimize team productivity.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and review meetings (Agile/Scrum if applicable).
Risk Management & Problem Solving
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address issues and blockers.
- Adapt plans as needed based on feedback, resource changes, or shifting priorities.
Stakeholder Communication
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide clear project updates, status reports, and presentations.
- Manage expectations and ensure transparency throughout the project lifecycle
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, and change logs.
- Analyze project outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.).
- Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, MS Project).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
