Associate Project Manager
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects. This role will work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and maintain project documentation (timelines, schedules, reports)
- Coordinate meetings, resources, equipment, and information
- Track project progress and escalate issues when necessary
- Ensure project tasks are completed by team members on time
- Help manage budgets and resource allocation
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project status
- Support risk identification and mitigation planning
- Assist in post-project evaluation and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in project coordination or support role Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in project management (CAPM, PMP, or Scrum certifications)
- Experience in a specific industry (IT, construction, marketing, etc.)
