Staff Augmentation

Vetted engineers who slot into your team, your tools and your process. You own the plan and the outcome. We cover the capacity, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Who owns what

You keep the wheel. We fill the seats.

The same eight jobs as any delivery. With augmentation most of them stay with you, and that is the honest trade for a lower rate and faster scaling.

Same line, two gates. Cheaper per head, and the waiting is yours to manage.

How we vet

Nobody reaches your shortlist cold.

  1. They have shipped with us before

Every engineer on the bench has delivered on a Zeki project. We are not forwarding CVs from a database we bought.

  2. Matched on domain, not just stack

React is React. Someone who has built a clinical system before asks better questions on day one than someone who has not.

  3. You interview, you decide

Two or three candidates, your process, your call. If none fit, we go back to the bench at no cost.

  4. Replaceable without penalty

If the fit is wrong, say so early. We swap them and you do not pay for the second ramp-up.

Compare

Three ways to work with us. This is one.

Same bench, different shape. Pick the wrong one and you pay for coordination you did not need.

Honestly

Augmentation fails in one specific way.

It works when your plan is good. It quietly wastes money when it is not, because nobody in the arrangement is allowed to say so.

Right shape

Take this when

  • You have a backlog you believe in and not enough hands.
  • Your tech lead has capacity to direct extra people.
  • You need to scale up for two quarters, not permanently.
Wrong shape

Take something else when

  • Nobody internally has time to own the plan. Deploy an engineer instead.
  • You want someone to challenge the requirements, not just build them.
  • The last two builds shipped on time and missed the point.
Questions

Before you book the call.

A shortlist within 24 hours of the first call, and a start date usually inside a week once you have interviewed. We do not put forward anyone we have not worked with.

Yes, always. We put forward two or three people whose stack and domain match what you described, you interview them, and you decide. No profile padding and no bait and switch.

Tell us early and we replace them from the bench, and we do not bill you for the second ramp-up. Fit is our risk to carry because we picked the shortlist.

Yes, monthly, with a notice period. That is the point of augmentation over a dedicated team: the commitment matches your backlog rather than a contract term.

Next step

Tell us the roles. We send a shortlist.

Thirty minutes on the backlog and the stack, then two or three people for you to interview inside 24 hours.
